I learnt the hard way what it is to disrespect your body. After years of wrong thinking regarding what love really was, I’ve realised that making love is a sacred act that we completely disregard. We can’t ever talk about it with our kids, without it being a taboo subject . We how ever ended up in a situation where we told Hayley, because she caught us out one night. I am not in the business of lying, especially when it comes to something that is completely natural. I want my girly to grow up knowing her body is a temple.
Be kind to yourself, you are worthy of anytime that you give yourself in a day and you shouldn't feel guilty! By having "ME TIME" you actually become more efficient at every thing you are trying to fit in, in a day. xx
Beauty in the eye of the beholder or "Beer holder". A negative spin on an amazing quote. This seems to be the way of the world, always concentrating on the outside and never on the inside. From babies to adulthood its no wonder we think we need to look a certain way to fit in. What is perfect anyway?
